Refund policy
At Precutwire.com, all products are custom-manufactured to the unique specifications provided by the customer at the time of order. Utilizing state-of-the-art wire processing automation and technology, we ensure each product is produced with exceptional precision, consistency, and quality. Due to the custom nature of our products, the following policy applies:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it enters our automated production workflow and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to customer error in order specifications or changes of preference.
Precutwire.com does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances except as outlined in Section 2 below.
2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In the rare event that a product is received in a defective condition or does not conform to the specifications submitted at the time of order, the customer may be eligible for a replacement of the affected product at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The customer must notify Precutwire.com in writing at support@precutwire.com within seven (7) business days of receipt of the product.
- The customer must provide documentation (e.g., photographs, written explanation) clearly identifying the defect or non-conformance.
- The product in question must be returned to Precutwire.com for evaluation. Shipping instructions will be provided upon review of the claim.
Upon verification that the product is defective or does not match the provided specifications, a replacement product will be manufactured and shipped to the customer at no charge. Precutwire.com reserves the right to deny any replacement request if the product is found to be in accordance with the original specifications or if the issue is due to misuse, customer error, or shipping damage.
3. Shipping Damage
Precutwire.com is not liable for damage incurred during transit. Claims related to shipping damage must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Precutwire.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the products delivered. Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the price paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
